Smoked Wild Venison
100g pack of Wild Red Deer Haunch cured then lightly smoked over oak wood shavingswith herbs and black pepper. The meat is then cooked and sliced. The result, mouth watering, succulent sliced meat ready to serve.
Serve on a bed of salad, on a cold cut board or delicious in an open sandwich
